Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner (EEM-AP)
I came to energy medicine because of long-term health issues, so I know firsthand the profound power of this work – and yet I am continually in awe of Eden Energy Medicine and the results my clients experience. It is profound and beautiful work that helps us navigate the world so much more effectively. EEM helps people optimize their well-being on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. I see my work as empowering clients to deepen and harmonize in all aspects of their lives. This may mean clearing certain blockages and imbalances – perhaps manifesting as physical pain, stress and/or anxiety, illness, emotional distress, repetitive difficult patterns, not feeling authentically themselves or in their full power, and more. My goal is to help people strengthen their relationships with themselves, others, and the world around them. And to more fully live their purposes and fulfill their potential — to do what they are here to do! I offer both in-person and remote sessions. I also teach this material, offering a variety of workshops that focus on self-care techniques.

I am so grateful to this work and want to share it with as many people as I can. During lockdown, I taught a free daily energy balancing class for more than 400 days in a row, and I never got tired of teaching the materials. I love how self-empowering and effective this work is. One-on-one sessions are fascinating -- no two sessions are the same, even if clients have the same health issues. Everyone's energy is different. This work has helped me immensely with severe health issues -- I have had western med doctors tell me that I am alive because of energy medicine. I started studying the work to help myself, and found that I loved working on others and that I was able to facilitate shifts for people. I also think that many of the skills I naturally have from my career as a writer and editor translate well to energy work, particularly skills and propensities around listening, questioning, synthesizing, staying curious, and being creative.
