Allison was drawn to EEM as a patient herself. She has struggled with a rare autoimmune disease most of her adult life. Having the awareness that her condition was very much rooted in traumatic experiences, and frustrated with Western medicine’s tendency to treat the symptoms only when a root cannot be ascertained through its methodology, she turned to “alternative” treatments such as Reiki, Chakra clearing, Rolfing, to name a few. However, and while she always felt good after sessions, her critical mind always questioned whether those energetic modalities really worked, as there was nothing concrete or physical to show it effectuated change. Then she had an Eden session, and experienced how the etherial could be grounded and tested with kinesiology. She became empowered when her practitioner routinely gave her “homework” to manage both her pain and emotions. Allison was no longer reliant on something or someone outside of herself to feel good. When the opportunity arose to study the Eden Method herself, she seized it – even though it meant leaving her small children for days at a time to study internationally in New York and London. In her current practice, Allison specializes in energetic self care and embodied leadership. Drawing on the philosophies of Chinese Medicine and Quantum Mechanics, and utilizing the techniques of kinesiology, she empowers her clients to address their creative and emotional blocks so they can radiate excellence and cultivate resilience in both their professional and personal lives. While she is based in Athens, Greece, she works with the majority of her clients online.
