My passion lies in self-empowering people to improve their relationships and master their well-being! In my trainings and sessions I care about creating a setting of safety and trust that enables clients to establish a deep connection with themselves. My own health issues brought me to several holistic health methods some twenty years ago and finally led me to EEM in 2017. I am still greatful for this huge tool-box for helping myself and others!
Credentials
I am an EEM Certified Clinical Practitioner and authorized teacher, Internationally Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) and Systemic Consultant. I teach Communications Skills and stress related health topics at Regensburg University and Technical University of Munich (TUM).
