Stephanie was drawn to energy medicine as her desire for learning the mind, body, spirit connection deepened. She provides individual Energy Medicine sessions, classes, study groups and wellness trainings to individuals, small groups and businesses. She also offers Yoga and Yoga Therapy to people of all ages. As a teacher and a healer, her interests are in integrating the physical and energetic bodies for overall health and wellbeing.
