I am passionate about working with people and I believe that by bringing energy into balance we can achieve optimal performance, health and wellbeing. I specialize in working with people to transform their own perceived mental, emotional and physical hurdles into positive outcomes. I also have experience creating dramatic positive change in the workplace by integrating energy medicine and energy psychology into standard business practices.
Credentials
I am an intuitive, sensitive Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner and Level 1 Fundamentals Teacher, an Usui Reiki Master, am certified to deliver Peggy Huddleston’s “Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster” program, am trained in BioDynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy and have studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (Jon Kabat-Zinn’s work). I also have an MBA with a masters in Finance and Marketing and before I started my energy medicine clinical practice, I worked for over 25 years in corporate America, so I have a lot of practical experience, life experience and deep understanding of the corporate world to bring to our session work together.
