Would you like to learn the basics of Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) in a fun, supportive environment? If so, these classes are for you!

These simple but profound classes are straight forward and full of easy-to-use techniques that you can do on yourself (and others) to stay well, feel vibrant, and live a life that nourishes you and brings you joy.

Each class will cover specific key topics from Donna Eden’s award-winning book, Energy Medicine. The information you gain from these classes can help you feel better physically and have a clearer state of mind, so you can be more productive in work and have a calmer and more confident personal life.

This class introduces EEM basics, plus other topics that are important for self-care and healing. A quick Daily Energy Routine is taught (see details above) plus extra techniques for grounding and centering which can aid in better sleep and reduced pain.

Vicki has had a full-time practice in The Healing Arts for 30 years and has attained professional mastery level as an Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner. She is also an Eden Method Authorized Teacher for both the Introductory Workshops and the Level 1 Fundamentals Program. She has taught the Eden Method at numerous locations, most notably The Swedish Institute for Health Sciences and at The Omega Institute in their Holistic Studies Program. Vicki is also a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master (450 hours) and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance.
