Each class will cover specific key topics from Donna Eden’s award-winning book, Energy Medicine. The information you gain from these classes can help you feel better physically and have a clearer state of mind, so you can be more productive in work and have a calmer and more confident personal life.
Immunity is your body’s ability to ward off illness. Colds, flus, air pollution, tainted food or water — your body has to handle it all! How well it manages the onslaught of “bugs” and chemicals that we are regularly exposed to depends on the strength of your immune system.
In order to function properly, your immune system needs a firm foundation of energetic support. If your underlying energy is blocked, sluggish, or out of balance, your immune system won’t have the resources it needs to do its job.
In this 1-hour class, you will learn effective, Energy Medicine techniques to unblock and balance your body’s energy. When your body’s energy is balanced, your immune system can function at its best and handle whatever comes your way.
