Would you like to learn the basics of Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) in a fun, supportive environment? If so, these classes are for you!

These simple but profound classes are straight forward and full of easy-to-use techniques that you can do on yourself (and others) to stay well, feel vibrant, and live a life that nourishes you and brings you joy.

Each class will cover specific key topics from Donna Eden’s award-winning book, Energy Medicine. The information you gain from these classes can help you feel better physically and have a clearer state of mind, so you can be more productive in work and have a calmer and more confident personal life.

Stress has been called “Health Public Enemy #1.” It wears the body down, impairs your ability to think, and makes it hard to cope emotionally. It can suppress your immune system, upset your digestive and reproductive systems, increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, and speed up the aging process.

The Eden Method is a powerful method to help relieve stress and anxiety, so it doesn’t limit your life. You will learn simple techniques that work quickly and easily so you feel more in control of your communication in relationships, are able to make decisions easier, and have more energy to fulfill what you would like to do in your life.

I am an Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practioner and an Authorized Eden Method Teacher. I’ve been an occupational therapist for more than 30 years and a licensed massage therapist for 12 years. I am also a Reiki master. In addition to my practice of Eden Energy Medicine, I specialize in CranioSacral Therapy and other fascial techniques. These entwine well with energy medicine! My Mission: I believe each person has the innate ability to release stress and pain. My mission is to facilitate the gentle release of physical, mental, and emotional stress and pain by offering high quality services that balance and integrate my client's energies. My vision is that each of my clients will experience healing and empowerment for a healthy life.
