Each class will cover specific key topics from Donna Eden’s award-winning book, Energy Medicine. The information you gain from these classes can help you feel better physically and have a clearer state of mind, so you can be more productive in work and have a calmer and more confident personal life.
Stress has been called “Health Public Enemy #1.” It wears the body down, impairs your ability to think, and makes it hard to cope emotionally. It can suppress your immune system, upset your digestive and reproductive systems, increase the risk of heart attack and stroke, and speed up the aging process.
The Eden Method is a powerful method to help relieve stress and anxiety, so it doesn’t limit your life. You will learn simple techniques that work quickly and easily so you feel more in control of your communication in relationships, are able to make decisions easier, and have more energy to fulfill what you would like to do in your life.

- Help in the moment when anxiety strikes so you aren’t paralyzed and can move forward with confidence.

Additional Class Details
We start with a general introduction to EEM at 10am-12.30.
After lunch at 2.30-4.30pm we’ll focus om Stress and Anxiety.
Registration to the course to: Tønsberg Yoga, via time schedule Momence.
Individual sessions are offered on Friday 18th, Sunday 20th and Monday 21st.

Since the eighties I've worked with Organizational Change, Team Development and Coaching, finding that everyday stress made a huge impact on people’s wellbeing. So I started including Stress Management, Meditation and Mindfulness in my work. EEM became the next step to also healing the body's internal communication system. I want to share Energy Medicine with whoever needs and wants to feel the vibrant energy of life, supporting the body to manage pain, stress and the immune system.
