My journey with Eden Energy Medicine began 20 years ago when I started my Reiki training.  That sparked a passion for energy work that led me to Eden Energy Medicine.  This work is deeply personal to me.  Eden Energy Medicine techniques saved me from the downward spiral of depression due to years in a stressful relationship.  Through consistent, gentle practices I was able to reconnect with my body’s ability to heal itself.

In 2021 when my husband experienced a stroke, Energy Medicine became an important part of his recovery.  It supported him in moving through the challenges he faced during recovery.  Energy Medicine helped him reconnect to joy during a very difficult time.

These experiences are what guide my work today.  I bring both professional training and lived understanding into each session.  I love supporting others and helping them reconnect with their own capacity for healing and balance.
