Early on I knew that working with people in a healing and transformational capacity would be my calling. I was in awe of the Unseen Mystery running through life and the natural world. I sought a deeper understanding of what it is to be human. Through continuous studies of bodywork, physiology, consciousness and spirit, I came to see human incarnation as a temple of conscious embodiment.

My formal education at Colorado University focused on religious studies and dance. I graduated from the Boulder School of Massage Therapy as a certified massage therapist 1987. Next, with my husband, Joseph, I joined the team at the Colorado Chronic Pain Clinic and began my studies of Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release.

As a new massage therapist, I knew intuitively that I was always interacting with energy fields. I began formal studies of energy work with Donna Eden in 1999. The deep understanding that I gained of the nine energy systems as defined in the Eden Method created a natural evolution in my bodywork.

My treatments have become deeply transformative on an emotional and spiritual level as well as the physical. I work on a spectrum of frequency: low and slow vibrations are at the level of the body, where massage is effective, while the high and fast vibrations at the other extreme, the Unseen Mystery, respond to EEM techniques.

I feel that I stand in the center of a bridge between the shores of left-brain and right-brain, between linear, therapeutic massage, and intuitive, expansive energy work. I am dedicated to uniting these two approaches to healing to help people discover themselves as energy beings. To fall in love with themselves. To experience themselves as temples of conscious embodiment.
