I started my journey in Eden Energy Medicine with a 4 day Energy Medicine Yoga training in 2020.  While continuing to experience and learn more from my Energy Medicine Yoga teachers, I was inspired to start the certification program with Eden Energy Medicine.  I teach weekly EMYoga classes in Bel Air, Maryland where I enjoys witnessing people get in touch with their energy and realize that they have the ability to influence how they feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually.  I will be offering Eden Energy Medicine sessions starting in the summer of 2025.  I have worked with children of all ages as a Speech-Language Pathologist for over 25 years and currently teach children’s yoga with energy medicine concepts incorporated into playful movement.   I have a special interest in helping adults in helping professions and caregiver roles find calm and space for themselves to be and to heal.   After using EEM and EMYoga throughout recent difficult experiences to find peace, understanding, and to calm my nervous system, I look forward to supporting others who find themselves in difficult yet transformative situations.
