It is a gift to be able to share knowledge of the body’s incredible wisdom and healing power with people.  The magic of understanding the language of the body’s energy system allows me to help people use it to live a healthy and vibrant life.  I have been a hairdresser working on people’s crown chakra for 35 years and specializing in the art and education of naturally curly and textured hair for 16 years.  I am also a certified mindfulness meditation teacher and a certified life coach.
