A little about me:

• HOW IT ALL STARTED: I was initiated into the world of Natural Medicine because my mother fell very ill. When she could walk again, was freed from medications and felt better, she encouraged me to share all my learnings and my heart with the world. I credit everything I do today to my mom.
• MY PASSION: I enjoy creating personally-tailored Mind-Body-Spirit Wellness sessions, workshops, and classes for all age groups
• UNIQUELY TAILORED TO YOU: My practice is a unique fusion of my trainings and background, and I incorporate Energy Medicine, Hypnotherapy, Applied Kinesiology, Medical Qigong, Behavioral Health Coaching, Healing with Spirituality, Dance, Sound Healing, Essential Oils, and other natural healing modalities according to your optimal priority and needs
• EXPERIENCE: I’ve had the honor and pleasure of practicing and sharing Holistic Wellness workshops from 6 year-olds to 86 year-olds in Hospitals, County Systems, K-12 Schools and Universities, Temples, Employee and Staff Wellness Events, Senior Centers, Wellness Conferences around the world (throughout USA, Taiwan ROC, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Austria, Indonesia, Australia, South Africa)
