I am endlessly fascinated by the power of energy healing to impact our health, happiness, vitality, and resilience. It still seems magical to me after all these years, and I love exploring how it does its magic—not only in my direct experience as an energy medicine practitioner, but also in my studies of the scientific research on the frontiers of health and healing. Throughout my life I have been drawn to work as a catalyst at the intersection of body/mind/spirit—first as a psychotherapist specializing in psycho-spiritual development, then as a corporate career management consultant working with senior executives in career/life transition, and now as an energy medicine practitioner. I have taken trainings in various energy healing modalities, including Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Polarity Therapy, Quantum Entrainment, and Matrix Energetics. I have also trained in a wide variety of Energy Psychology techniques, including Thought Field Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Energy Diagnostic and Treatment Methods, Be Set Free Fast, and Tapas Acupressure Technique. Eden Energy Medicine is an all-encompassing healing system that truly pulls it altogether for me in a most magical way.
