<p> I became interested in energy medicine after I suffered a traumatic loss. I was really struggling physically and mentally and it wasn't getting easier. I could barely function and was having some strange medical issues. I knew if it went on for much longer I was likely to get seriously sick. Western medicine wanted to treat me for depression but I knew that depression was not the cause of my problems. Then I was given a book that opened my perspective on health. It was Donna Eden's book Energy Medicine and I couldn't stop reading! She had simple effective tools that helped me feel better. I wanted to understand how it worked. </p><p>I enrolled in my first class, fully expecting it would be my last. On the first day, I was so exhausted I turned into a puddle on the floor. I thought 'how am I going to make it through four days?' I rested as much as I could and showed up the next day, come what may....
