My mother’s passion and desire to learn and empower others inspired me throughout my life. I used my teaching experience as I went into the family business helping and teachers others what they could do to achieve their best life with a good nights sleep. Sleeping well, eating healthy, practicing mindfulness and exercising regularly have been important part of my life. When I discovered energy medicine and began incorporating it into my life it became a part of my every day healing. It never ceases to amaze me how such simple techniques that I could teach others would influence our overall life once we tune into it and listen. Working with energy is like a mystery and we are here to put all the pieces of the puzzle together. It is a journey that I’m thrilled to be a part of for myself, family, friends and clients.

My life long passion for learning, teaching and inspiring others came from my mother who was a huge inspiration in not only my life, but the life of everyone that crossed her path.  I taught for 17 years and then made a career change to join the family business in the sleep industry to "Awaken People's Best Life".  I began my journey of energy medicine to learn more how to work with the energy of my body to take control of my health and live a vibrant and joyful life.
