I integrate 20+ years of teaching yoga, Physical Education, English and being a high school counselor to layer this unbelievably amazing work. I found Donna while getting my MS in School Counseling and lovingly stepped into another world. Donna and David gave me sound practices to use in helping students get through incredibly  challenging times. I realized quickly I wanted to do this work full time. I became stronger myself; mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. I believe in the mission statement of this company and would like to “Raise the Vibration of the Planet” one person at a time. I think the world is ready to heal and Donna and David have given us a path to follow. My sessions are a combination of education and bliss. Please contact me for virtual or live sessions.
