Janel has been in private practice and is dedicated to providing integrated holistic psychotherapy combined with energy work.  Her philosophy is to view you through the lens of wellness honoring the dynamic relationship dance between your mind, body, emotions and spirit.   Whatever imbalances her clients face she extends an invitation to rediscover their true nature of peace and inner harmony.  Her holistic counseling services provide an integration of traditional and complementary/alternative methods such as Eden Energy Medicine, Energy Psychology,  Cranial Sacral therapy, Qigong, EMDR and more.  She values an active blend between science and intuition.  Her services are offered in a heart centered manner with the intent of restoring inherent health in support of thriving and restoration of joy in one’s life.

Today, Janel offers help for a wide range of emotional and physical health concerns.
